ABOUT: Dust Dragon Flooring Removal LLC is a Dustless Tile removal and flooring removal business that works with residential and commercial customers. Our job is to provide the best customer service and flooring removal process that eliminates unwanted and dangerous silica dust from tile and stone removal.
We have trained technicians and a patent pending vacuum system with a proven process that helps us keep 99% of the dust in the process out of your ducts and the rest of your house.
We pride ourselves in customer service and strive to make you happy. The is no size project too small (we do have a minimum fee of $350) or too large for us to handle. We strive to take the stress and mess out of your remodel project.
We currently work with several other flooring installation companies helping them demo flooring and preparing the floor for them to help their customers. If you would prefer to have a dustless removal of your tile to preserve the air quality of your home, give us a call and we would be more than happy to coordinate the demo with their installation.
OUR SERVICE PROCESS: Step 1: We work on an appointment basis and the first step is setting up an appointment for us to come out and measure and look at the total scope of the project and material to be removed.
Step 2: We will then go back and put together an estimate and give you a time frame of how long the work will take. If you decide to move forward we will then schedule a date and time for your demolition.
Step 3: Before the date of the flooring removal, we will need to have all furniture and items removed from the flooring area to be taken up. For a fee we will disconnect washer and dryer; refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher. We will also disconnect and remove your toilet(s) but we will not hook them back up. You will need to coordinate this process with a plumber or do it yourself.
Step 4: The work will be performed and after it is completed and you are satisfied, we require payment in full via check, ACH Transfer or Credit Card.
Step 5: Floor will be ready for your installer to come in and prepare the floor and install for your new flooring. Please note: Our process is too remove the previous flooring and any glue or thin set that is left behind. Your floor may need further preparation or leveling by your installer.
